PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI), through its subsidiary PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN), has officially entered into a strategic partnership with PT Macmahon Indonesia, a third-party mining services company. This collaboration will focus on the development of an underground copra mine.In a disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (27/8/2025), ARCI stated that the cooperation agreement was signed on 25 August 2025."PT Macmahon Indonesia will provide a range of mining services, including mine development, blasting, material preparation and stockpiling, rock support, and tunnel installation and maintenance. This project will be implemented over a 34-month period," said ARCI Director Hidyat Dwiputro Sulaksono.
